The highest electricity rate for one-megawatt hour in the day-ahead spot market for Monday will be 321.05 Turkish liras at 08.00 local time, and the lowest will be 17.49 liras at 04.00 local times, according to official figures on Sunday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the electricity market's trade volume on Saturday showed an increase of 86.8% to 106.6 million liras compared to Saturday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity for the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 210.82 liras and 221.26 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price on the day-ahead spot market for one-megawatt hour on Sunday was set as 299.99 Turkish liras at 20.00 local time, and the lowest was 29.59 liras at 14.00 and 15.00 local times.
US$1 equals 6.33 Turkish liras at 1125 GMT on Sunday.
