The trade volume on Türkiye's spot natural gas market showed an increase of 147.3% to around 9.5 million Turkish liras on Sunday, Türkiye's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data showed on Monday.
Total trade on Saturday amounted to about 3.8 million liras.
On Sunday's spot market, 1,000 cubic meters of natural gas cost 17,183 liras, while the cumulative natural gas trade volume amounted to around 553,000 cubic meters.
Türkiye received about 156.34 million cubic meters on Sunday.
US$1 equals 45.20 liras at 2 p.m. local time (1100 GMT) on Monday.
