The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on Türkiye's day-ahead spot market for Saturday will be 2,999 Turkish liras at 5 p.m. local time (1400 GMT), according to official figures released Friday.
The lowest rate was set at 238 liras at 12 p.m. local time (0900 GMT), the data showed.
The Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for Saturday's electricity market trade volume showed a decrease of 33.8% to around 778.93 million liras compared to Friday.
The arithmetical and weighted average prices for electricity on the day-ahead spot market are calculated at 1,579.04 liras and 1,617.37 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price on the day-ahead spot market for one megawatt-hour for Friday was set at 3,400 liras at 5 p.m. local time (1400 GMT), while the lowest was set at 800 liras at 12 p.m. local time (0900 GMT), the data showed.
US$1 equals 49.12 liras at 2 p.m. local time (1100 GMT) on Friday.
