The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on Türkiye's day-ahead spot market for Monday will be 4,300.01 Turkish liras at 8 p.m. local time (1700 GMT), according to official figures released Sunday.
The lowest rate is set at 0 (zero) liras between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. local time (0700-1100 GMT), the data showed.
The Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for Monday's electricity market trade volume showed an increase of 95.7% to around 503.6 million liras compared to Sunday.
The arithmetical and weighted average prices for electricity on the day-ahead spot market are calculated at 814.66 liras and 1,075.34 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price on the day-ahead spot market for one megawatt-hour for Sunday was set at 43,249.99 liras at 9 p.m. local time (1800 GMT), while the lowest was set at 0 (zero) liras between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. local time (0400-1400 GMT), the data showed.
US$1 equals 45.36 liras at 2.11 p.m. local time (1111 GMT) on Sunday.
