The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on Türkiye's day-ahead spot market for Wednesday will be 4,134.63 Turkish liras at 7 p.m. local time (1600 GMT), according to official figures released Tuesday.
The lowest rate is set at 1,600.01 liras at 12 p.m. (0900 GMT), the data showed.
The Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for Wednesday's electricity market trade volume showed a decrease of 1% to around 2.03 billion liras compared to Tuesday.
The arithmetical and weighted average prices for electricity on the day-ahead spot market are calculated at 2,858.11 liras and 2,908.95 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price on the day-ahead spot market for one megawatt-hour for Tuesday was set at 4,144.73 Turkish liras at 7 p.m. local time (1600 GMT), while the lowest was set at 1,699.99 liras at 12 p.m. (0900 GMT), the data showed.
US$1 equals 48.64 liras at 2 p.m. local time (1100 GMT) on Tuesday.
