The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on Türkiye's day-ahead spot market for Monday will be 4,249.53 Turkish liras at 7 p.m. and 8 p.m. local time (1600-1700 GMT ), according to official figures released Sunday.
The lowest rate is set at 1,000 liras at 7 a.m. local time (0400 GMT), the data showed.
The Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for Monday's electricity market trade volume showed an increase of 27.8% to around 1.92 billion liras compared to Sunday.
The arithmetical and weighted average prices for electricity on the day-ahead spot market are calculated at 2,732.45 liras and 2,828 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price on the day-ahead spot market for one megawatt-hour for Sunday was set at 4,100.01 liras at 6 a.m. local time (0300 GMT ), while the lowest was set at 250.01 liras at 12 p.m. local time (0900 GMT), the data showed.
US$1 equals 48.04 liras at 2.18 p.m. local time (1118 GMT) on Sunday.
