The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on Türkiye's day-ahead spot market for Monday will be 4,275.01 Turkish liras at 7 p.m. local time (1600 GMT), according to official figures released Sunday.
The lowest rate was set at 500.01 liras at 12 p.m. local time (0900GMT), the data showed.
The Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for Monday's electricity market trade volume showed an increase of 75.9% to around 1.37 billion liras compared to Sunday.
The arithmetical and weighted average prices for electricity on the day-ahead spot market are calculated at 2,556.07 liras and 2,661.53 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price on the day-ahead spot market for one megawatt-hour for Sunday was set at 4,499.99 Turkish liras at 7 p.m. local time (1600 GMT), while the lowest was set at 0 liras between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. local time (0600- 1000GMT), the data showed.
US$1 equals 49.13 liras at 2 p.m. local time (1100 GMT) on Sunday.
