The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on Türkiye's day-ahead spot market for Saturday will be 4,100 Turkish liras at 8 p.m. local time (1700 GMT), according to official figures released Friday.
The lowest rate was set at 0 (zero) liras at 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. local time (0500-1300 GMT), the data showed.
The Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for Saturday's electricity market trade volume showed an increase of 15.8% to around 364.1 million liras compared to Friday.
The arithmetical and weighted average prices for electricity on the day-ahead spot market are calculated at 633.28 liras and 826.30 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price on the day-ahead spot market for one megawatt-hour for Friday was set at 2,999 liras at 8 p.m. local time (1700 GMT), while the lowest was set at 0 liras at 9 a.m. local time (0600 GMT), the data showed.
US$1 equals 45.37 liras at 2 p.m. local time (1100 GMT) on Friday.
