The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on Türkiye's day-ahead spot market for Friday will be 1,275 Turkish liras at 8 p.m. local time (1700 GMT), according to official figures released Thursday.
The lowest rate was set at 150.00 liras at 12 p.m. local time (0900 GMT), the data showed.
The Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for Friday's electricity market trade volume showed a decrease of 51.6% to around 201.34 million liras compared to Thursday.
The arithmetical and weighted average prices for electricity on the day-ahead spot market are calculated at 401.92 liras and 434.32 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price on the day-ahead spot market for one megawatt-hour for Thursday was set at 2,570 liras at 7 p.m. local time (1600 GMT), while the lowest was set at 0 liras at 12 p.m. local time (0900 GMT), the data showed.
US$1 equals 44.76 liras at 2 p.m. local time (1100 GMT) on Thursday.
