The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on Türkiye's day-ahead spot market for Monday will be 4,300 Turkish liras at 8 p.m. local time (1700 GMT), according to official figures released Sunday.
The lowest rate was set at 1,250 liras at 7 a.m. local time (0400 GMT), the data showed.
The Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for Monday's electricity market trade volume showed an increase of 58.3% to around 1.87 billion liras compared to Sunday.
The arithmetical and weighted average prices for electricity on the day-ahead spot market are calculated at 2,749.05 liras and 2,851.48 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price on the day-ahead spot market for one megawatt-hour for Sunday was set at 3,999.99 liras at 8 p.m. local time (1700 GMT), while the lowest was set at 175 liras at 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. local time (0700, 1100 GMT), the data showed.
US$1 equals 47.72 liras at 2 p.m. local time (1100 GMT) on Sunday.
