The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on Türkiye's day-ahead spot market for Monday will be 3,400 Turkish liras at 7 p.m. and 8 p.m. local time (1600 and 1700 GMT), according to official figures released Sunday.
The lowest rate is set at 249,99 liras at 4 a.m. local time (0100 GMT), the data showed.
The Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for Monday's electricity market trade volume showed an increase of 94.8% to around 1.46 billion liras compared to Sunday.
The arithmetical and weighted average prices for electricity on the day-ahead spot market are calculated at 1,573.89 liras and 1,762.56 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price on the day-ahead spot market for one megawatt-hour for Sunday was set at 3,299.99 Turkish liras at 7 p.m. local time (1600 GMT), while the lowest was set at 79,99 liras at 1 p.m. local time (1000 GMT), the data showed.
US$1 equals 44.44 liras at 2.24 p.m. local time (1124GMT) on Sunday.
