The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on Türkiye's day-ahead spot market for Monday will be 3,299.99 Turkish liras at 8 p.m. local time (1700 GMT), according to official figures released Sunday.
The lowest rate was set at 0 (zero) liras between 7 a.m. and 4 p.m. local time (0400-1300 GMT), the data showed.
The Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for Monday's electricity market trade volume showed a decrease of 32.5% to around 212.9 million liras compared to Sunday.
The arithmetical and weighted average prices for electricity on the day-ahead spot market are calculated at 340.50 liras and 427.86 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price on the day-ahead spot market for one megawatt-hour for Sunday was set at 3,800.01 Turkish liras at 8 p.m. local time (1700 GMT), while the lowest was at 0 (zero) liras between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. local time (0500-1300 GMT), the data showed.
US$1 equals 45 liras at 2.20 p.m. local time (1120 GMT) on Sunday.
