The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on Türkiye's day-ahead spot market for Sunday will be 3,299.99 Turkish liras at 7 p.m. local time (1600 GMT), according to official figures released Saturday.
The lowest rate is set at 79,99 liras at 1 p.m. local time (1000 GMT), the data showed.
The Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for Sunday's electricity market trade volume showed a decrease of 14.3% to around 537.24 million liras compared to Saturday.
The arithmetical and weighted average prices for electricity on the day-ahead spot market are calculated at 918 liras and 1,043.53 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price on the day-ahead spot market for one megawatt-hour for Saturday was set at 3,400 Turkish liras at 7 p.m. and 8 p.m. local time (1600 and 1700 GMT), while the lowest was set at 164.91 liras at 10 a.m. local time (0700 GMT), the data showed.
US$1 equals 44.45 liras at 2.00 p.m. local time (1100 GMT) on Saturday.
