The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on Türkiye's day-ahead spot market for Sunday will be 4,800 Turkish liras at 06.00, 07.00 and 08.00 p.m. (1500,1600 and 1700 GMT), according to official figures on Saturday.
The lowest rate is set as 2,750.01 liras at 07.00, 08.00, 09.00 and 12.00 a.m. local time (0400, 0500, 0600 and 0900 GMT), the data showed.
The Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Saturday's electricity market showed a decrease of 31.64% to 1.32 billion liras compared to Friday.
The arithmetical and weighted average electricity prices on the day-ahead spot market are calculated as 3,324.85 liras and 3,362.44 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour for Friday was set as 4,800 liras at 08.00 a.m. and between 05.00 and 08.00 p.m. (0500 and 1400-1700 GMT), while the lowest rate is determined as 2,750.01 liras at 03.00 a.m. local time (0000 GMT), according to official figures.
US$1 equals 18.50 liras at 02.06 p.m. local time (1106 GMT) on Saturday.
