The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on Türkiye's day-ahead spot market for Friday will be 3,399.34 Turkish liras between 6 p.m. and 9 p.m. (1500-1800 GMT), according to official figures released Thursday.
The lowest rate was set at 1,899.98 liras at 1 p.m. local time (1000 GMT), the data showed.
The Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume for Thursday's electricity market shows an increase of 0.73% to around 2.19 billion liras compared to Wednesday.
The arithmetical and weighted average prices for electricity on the day-ahead spot market are calculated at 3,069.51 liras and 3,072.76 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price on the day-ahead spot market for one megawatt-hour for Thursday was set at 3,396.46 Turkish liras at 7 p.m. (1600 GMT) while the lowest was set at 1,650.01 liras at 12 p.m. local time (0900 GMT), the data showed.
US$1 equals 41.29 liras at 2.25 p.m. local time (1125 GMT) on Thursday.
