The highest electricity rate for one-megawatt hour in the day-ahead spot market for Thursday will be 350.01 Turkish liras at 11.00 local time, and the lowest will be 200,01 liras at 04.00 local time, according to official figures on Wednesday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the electricity market's trade volume on Wednesday showed an increase of 4.68% to 166.47 million liras compared to Tuesday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity for the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 312.69 liras and 316.5 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price on the day-ahead spot market for one-megawatt hour on Wednesday was set as 328.95 Turkish liras at 19.00 local time, and the lowest was 238,20 liras at 06.00 local time.
US$1 equals 5.98 Turkish liras on Wednesday at 1212 GMT.
