The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour in Turkey's day-ahead spot market for Sunday will be 1,217 Turkish liras between 18.00 and 21.00 local time (1500 and 1800 GMT), while the lowest will be 400 liras at 08.00 local time (0500 GMT), according to official figures on Saturday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Saturday's electricity market showed a decrease of 15% to 479.54 million liras compared to Friday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity on the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 977.24 liras and 990.45 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price for one megawatt-hour on the day-ahead spot market for Saturday was set as 1,209.32 liras at 11.00 local time (0800 GMT), with the lowest at 669.99 liras at 07.00 local time (0400 GMT).
US$1 equals 16.51 Turkish liras at 1123 GMT on Saturday.
