The highest electricity rate for one megawatt-hour in the day-ahead spot market for Sunday will be 311.91 Turkish liras at 21.00 local time and the lowest will be 197.27 liras at 09.00 local time, according to official figures on Saturday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on the electricity market on Saturday showed a decrease of 11.6% to 136.7 million liras compared to Friday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity on the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 271.46 liras and 272.51 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price for one megawatt-hour on the day-ahead spot market on Saturday was set as 321.35 Turkish liras at 20.00 local time and the lowest was 233.58 liras at 09.00 local time.
US$1 equals 6.97 Turkish liras at 1116 GMT on Saturday.
