The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on Türkiye's day-ahead spot market for Sunday will be 3,399.01 Turkish liras at 12 a.m., 8 p.m. and 9 p.m. (2100,1700 and 1800 GMT), according to official figures released Saturday.
The lowest rate was set at 1,395.89 liras at 12 p.m. local time (0900 GMT), the data showed.
The Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume for Saturday's electricity market shows a decrease of 14.8% to around 1.72 billion liras compared to Friday.
The arithmetical and weighted average prices for electricity on the day-ahead spot market are calculated at 2,756.31 liras and 2,745.11 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price on the day-ahead spot market for one megawatt hour for Saturday was set at 3,399.82 Turkish liras at 9 p.m. (1800 GMT),, while the lowest was set at 2,138.01 liras at 12 p.m. local time (0900 GMT), the data showed.
US$1 equals 40.65 liras at 2.15 p.m. local time (1115 GMT) on Saturday.
