The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour in Turkiye's day-ahead spot market for Monday will be 1,345 Turkish liras between 08.00-11.00 (0500-0800 GMT) and 15.00-17.00 local times (1200-1400 GMT), while the lowest will be 836.03 liras at 03.00 local times (0000 GMT), according to official figures on Sunday.
Turkiye's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Sunday's electricity market showed an increase of 19.5% to 793.199 million liras compared to Saturday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity on the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 1,192.62 liras and 1,204.64 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price for one megawatt-hour on the day-ahead spot market for Sunday was set as 1,345 Turkish liras at 00.00 local time (2100 GMT), while the lowest was 836.03 liras at 09.00 local times (0600 GMT).
US$1 equals 13.80 Turkish liras at 1122 GMT on Sunday.
