The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on Turkiye's day-ahead spot market for Friday will be 1,745 Turkish liras between 00.00 and 23.00 local time (2100 - 2000 GMT), and the lowest is determined as 1,742.98 liras at 23.00 local time (2000 GMT), according to official figures on Thursday.
The Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Thursday's electricity market showed an increase of 16% to 794.43 million liras compared to Wednesday.
The arithmetical and weighted average prices of electricity on the day-ahead spot market are calculated as 1,744.92 liras and 1,744.91 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour for Thursday was set as 1,745 liras between 00.00 and 22.00 local time (2100 - 1900 GMT), and the lowest is determined as 1,721.22 liras at 23.00 local time (2000 GMT).
US$1 equals 14.80 liras at 1140 GMT on Thursday.
