The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on Türkiye's day-ahead spot market for Tuesday will be 2,865.58 Turkish liras at 8 p.m. local time (1700 GMT), according to official figures released on Monday.
The lowest rate is set at 250 liras at 11 a.m. and 12 p.m. local time (0800, 0900 GMT), the data showed.
The Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume for Tuesday's electricity market shows a decrease of 24% to around 681 million liras compared to Monday.
The arithmetical and weighted average prices for electricity on the day-ahead spot market are calculated at 1,353.54 liras and 1,385.57 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price on the day-ahead spot market for one-megawatt hour on Sunday was set as 3,000 Turkish liras at 8 p.m. local time (1700 GMT), and the lowest was set as 250 liras between 11 a.m. local time (0800 GMT).
US$1 equals 37.94 liras at 2.17 p.m. local time (1117 GMT) on Monday.
