The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour in Turkiye's day-ahead spot market for Thursday will be 1,300 Turkish liras at 09.00 local time (0600 GMT), while the lowest will be 864,69 liras at 23.00 local time (2000 GMT), according to official figures on Wednesday.
Turkiye's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Wednesday's electricity market showed an increase of 3.1% to 714.3 million liras compared to Tuesday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity on the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 1,068.56 liras and 1,075.89 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price for one megawatt-hour on the day-ahead spot market for Wednesday was set as 1,345 Turkish liras at 09.00 local time (0600 GMT), while the lowest will be 800 liras at 23.00 local time (2000 GMT).
US$1 equals 13.43 Turkish liras at 1118 GMT on Wednesday.
