The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on Türkiye's day-ahead spot market for Sunday will be 3,399.45 Turkish liras at 5 p.m. local time (1400 GMT), according to official figures released Saturday.
The lowest rate was set at 1,899.99 liras at 4 a.m. and 5 a.m. local time (0100,02.00 GMT), the data showed.
The Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for Saturday's electricity market trade volume showed a decrease of 9.25% to around 1.4 billion liras compared to Friday.
The arithmetical and weighted average prices for electricity on the day-ahead spot market are calculated at 2,814.87 liras and 2,836.62 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price on the day-ahead spot market for one megawatt-hour for Saturday was set at 3,400 Turkish liras at 5 p.m. local time (1400 GMT) while the lowest was at 1,719.99 liras between 12 a.m. and 4 a.m. local time (2100 GMT on Friday and 0100 GMT), the data showed.
US$1 equals 42.53 liras at 2 p.m. local time (11 GMT) on Saturday.
