The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on Türkiye's day-ahead spot market for Monday will be 3,399.01 Turkish liras at 9 p.m. local time (1800 GMT), according to official figures released on Sunday.
The lowest rate was set at 1,043 lira at 1 p.m. local time (1000 GMT), the data showed.
The Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume for Monday's electricity market shows an increase of 65% to around 1.51 billion liras compared to Sunday.
The arithmetical and weighted average prices for electricity on the day-ahead spot market are calculated at 2,384.63 liras and 2,365.08 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price on the day-ahead spot market for one megawatt hour for Sunday was set at 3,399 Turkish liras at 8 p.m. and 9 p.m. local time (1700, 1800 GMT), while the lowest at zero lira between 10 a.m. and 12 a.m. local time (0700-0900 GMT).
US$1 equals 39.4 liras at 2.21 p.m. local time (1121 GMT) on Sunday.
