The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on Türkiye's day-ahead spot market for Wednesday will be 4,700.01 Turkish liras at 08.00 a.m. (0500 GMT), according to official figures on Tuesday.
The lowest rate is determined as 3,000.01 liras at 02.00 a.m. local time (2300 GMT on previous day), the figures showed.
The Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Tuesday's electricity market showed a decrease of 5.94% to 1.88 billion liras compared to Monday.
The arithmetical and weighted average electricity prices on the day-ahead spot market are calculated as 3,921.44 liras and 3,961.86 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour for Tuesday was set as 4,790 liras at 12.00 p.m. (2100 GMT on previous day), while the lowest rate is determined as 2,749.99 liras at 23.00 p.m. local time (2000 GMT), according to official figures.
US$1 equals 18.30 liras at 02.09 p.m. local time (1109 GMT) on Tuesday.
