The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour in the day-ahead spot market for Wednesday will be 450 Turkish liras at 19.00 and 20.00 and the lowest will be 250.01 liras at 09.00 local time, according to official figures on Tuesday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Tuesday's electricity market showed a decrease of 1.19% to 184.9 million liras compared to Monday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity on the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 350.77 liras and 351.62 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price for one megawatt-hour on the day-ahead spot market on Tuesday was set as 374.05 liras at 21.00 and the lowest at 270.99 liras at 12.00 local time.
US$1 equals 8.28 Turkish liras at 1157 GMT on Tuesday.
