The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on Türkiye's day-ahead spot market for Wednesday will be 4,200 Turkish liras at 8 a.m. and 9 a.m. (0500 and 0600 GMT), according to official figures on Tuesday.
The lowest rate was set at 1,495.54 liras at 4 a.m. (0100 GMT), the data showed.
The Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Tuesday's electricity market showed a decrease of 4.5% to 1.6 billion liras compared to Monday.
The arithmetical and weighted average electricity prices on the day-ahead spot market are calculated as 2,776.18 liras and 2,867.19 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour for Tuesday was set as 4,200 Turkish liras at 8 a.m. and 9 a.m. (0500 and 0600 GMT), while the lowest rate was determined at 1,749.99 liras at 6 a.m. (0300 GMT), according to official figures.
US$1 equals 18.79 liras at 2.31 p.m. local time (1131 GMT) on Tuesday.
