The highest electricity rate for one megawatt-hour in the day-ahead spot market for Thursday will be 330.71 Turkish liras at 17.00 local time, and the lowest will be 219.34 liras at 04.00 local time, according to official figures on Wednesday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Wednesday's electricity market showed a decrease of 9.88% to 163.64 million liras compared to Tuesday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity on the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 288.28 liras and 290.637 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price for one megawatt-hour on the day-ahead spot market on Wednesday was set as 339.30 liras at 17.00 local time, and the lowest at 244.99 liras at 04.00 local time.
US$1 equals 7.72 Turkish liras at 1118 GMT on Wednesday.
