The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on Türkiye's day-ahead spot market for Sunday will be 3,290 Turkish liras at 7 p.m. (1600 GMT), according to official figures released Saturday.
The lowest rate was set at 582 liras at 10 a.m. local time (0700 GMT), the data showed.
The Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume for Saturday's electricity market shows a decrease of 29.8% to around 1.43 billion liras compared to Friday.
The arithmetical and weighted average prices for electricity on the day-ahead spot market are calculated at 2,344.07 liras and 2,393.71 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price on the day-ahead spot market for one megawatt hour for Saturday was set at 3,395 liras at 12 a.m., 7 p.m. and 8 p.m. (2100 on Friday, 1600 and 1700 GMT), while the lowest was set at 1,900 liras at 12 p.m. local time (0900 GMT), the data showed.
US$1 equals 41.24 liras at 2 p.m. local time (1100 GMT) on Saturday.
