The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour in Turkey's day-ahead spot market for Sunday will be 1,078 Turkish liras at 18.00 local times (1500 GMT), while the lowest will be 350,01 liras at 00.00 local time (2100 GMT on Saturday), according to official figures on Saturday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Saturday's electricity market showed an increase of 5.5% to 311.75 million liras compared to Friday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity on the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 639.49 liras and 639.30 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price for one megawatt-hour on the day-ahead spot market for Saturday was set as 1,072 Turkish liras at 18.00 local times (1500 GMT), while the lowest was as 403 liras at 05.00 local time (0200 GMT).
US$1 equals 9.61 Turkish liras at 1120 GMT on Saturday.
