The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour in Turkiye's day-ahead spot market for Saturday will be 1,344.99 Turkish liras at 10.00 local time (0700 GMT), while the lowest will be 800.01 liras at 23.00 local times (2000 GMT), according to official figures on Friday.
Turkiye's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Friday's electricity market showed an decrease of 5.46% to 753.64 million liras compared to Thursday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity on the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 1,170.32 liras and 1,174. 67 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price for one megawatt-hour on the day-ahead spot market for Thursday was set as 1,345 Turkish liras between 07.00 and 11.00 local time (0400 and 0800 GMT) and between 14.00 and 19.00 local time (1100 and 1600 GMT)), with the lowest at 897 liras at 03.00 and 04.00 local times (0000 and 0100 GMT).
US$1 equals 13.84 Turkish liras at 1120 GMT on Friday.
