The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on Türkiye's day-ahead spot market for Saturday will be 4,200 Turkish liras at 9 a.m. 10 a.m. and between 5-9 p.m. (0500, 0600 and 1400-1800 GMT), according to official figures on Friday.
The lowest rate was set at 2,050.01 liras at 7 a.m. (0400 GMT), the data showed.
The Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Friday's electricity market showed a decrease of 6.37% to 1.83 billion liras compared to Thursday.
The arithmetical and weighted average electricity prices on the day-ahead spot market are calculated as 3,488.61 liras and 3,523.80 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour for Friday was set as 4,200 Turkish liras at 8 a.m. 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. (0500, 0600 and 1400 GMT), while the lowest rate was determined at 2,500 liras at 3 a.m. (0000 GMT), according to official figures.
US$1 equals 18.82 liras at 2 p.m. local time (1100 GMT) on Friday.
