The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour in Turkey's day-ahead spot market for Monday will be 1,131 Turkish liras between 08.00-11.00 (05.00-08.00 GMT) and 14.00-22.00 local time (1100 and 1900 GMT), while the lowest will be 649,98 liras at 04.00 local time (0100 GMT), according to official figures on Sunday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Sunday's electricity market showed an increase of 38.1% to 490.48 million liras compared to Saturday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity on the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 966.56 liras and 974.57 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price for one megawatt-hour on the day-ahead spot market for Sunday was set as 1,131 Turkish liras at 18.00 and 19.00 local time (1500 and 1600 GMT), and the lowest at 300.01 liras at 09.00 local time (0600 GMT).
