The highest electricity rate for one-megawatt hour in the day-ahead spot market for Friday will be 343.4 Turkish liras at 17.00 local time, and the lowest will be 184.99 liras at 04.00 local time, according to official figures on Thursday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the electricity market's trade volume on Thursday showed an increase of 3.17% to 150.71 million liras compared to Wednesday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity for the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 311.24 liras and 316.27 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price on the day-ahead spot market for one-megawatt hour on Thursday was set as 331.52 Turkish liras at 17.00 local time, and the lowest was 180 liras at 04.00, 05.00 and 06.00 local times.
US$1 equals 5.96 Turkish liras on Thursday.
