The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on Türkiye's day-ahead spot market for Friday will be 3,375.01 Turkish liras at 10 a.m. local time (0700 GMT), according to official figures released Thursday.
The lowest rate was set at 999.99 liras at 6 a.m. local time (0300 GMT), the data showed.
The Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for Thursday's electricity market trade volume showed an increase of 2.11% to around 1.50 billion liras compared to Wednesday.
The arithmetical and weighted average prices for electricity on the day-ahead spotmarket are calculated at 2,327.92 liras and 2,409.27 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price on the day-ahead spot market for one megawatt-hour for Thursday was set at 3,210.72 liras at 11 a.m. local time (0800 GMT), while the lowest was set at 1,000.01 liras at 11 p.m. local time (2000 GMT), the data showed.
US$1 equals 43.65 liras at 2 p.m. local time (1100 GMT) on Thursday.
