The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour in Turkiye's day-ahead spot market for Thursday will be 1,345 Turkish liras at 08.00, 09.00 and 10.00 local time (0500, 0600 and 0700 GMT), while the lowest will be 824.99 liras 04.00 local time (0100 GMT), according to official figures on Wednesday.
Turkiye's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Wednesday's electricity market showed a decrease of 1.97% to 681.41 million liras compared to Tuesday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity on the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 1,131.48 liras and 1,146.37 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price for one megawatt-hour on the day-ahead spot market for Wednesday was set as 1,345 Turkish liras between 09.00 local time (0600 GMT) , with the lowest at 791.84 liras at 04.00 and 05.00 local time (0100 and 0200 GMT).
US$1 equals 13.60 liras at 1123 GMT on Wednesday.
