The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on Türkiye's day-ahead spot market for Thursday will be 3,399 Turkish liras at between 5 p.m. and 9 p.m. (1400-1800 GMT), according to official figures released Wednesday.
The lowest rate was set at 1,811.98 liras at 12 p.m. local time (0900 GMT), the data showed.
The Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume for Wednesday's electricity market shows an increase of 1% to around 2.12 billion liras compared to Tuesday.
The arithmetical and weighted average prices for electricity on the day-ahead spot market are calculated at 2,977.65 and 2,997.82 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price on the day-ahead spot market for one megawatt hour for Wednesday was set at 3,378 liras at 8 p.m. (1700 GMT), while the lowest was set at 1,899.99 liras at 12 p.m. local time (0900 GMT), the data showed.
US$1 equals 41.15 liras at 2.14 p.m. local time (1114 GMT) on Wednesday.
