The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on Turkiye's day-ahead spot market for Monday will be 2,750 Turkish liras at 08.00 local time (0500 GMT) and between 14.00 and 23.00 local time (1100-2000GMT), according to official figures on Sunday.
The lowest rate is determined as 1,184.82 liras at 12.00 local time (0900 GMT), the figures showed.
The Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Sunday's electricity market showed an increase of 20.20% to 1.42 billion liras compared to Saturday.
The arithmetical and weighted average prices of electricity on the day-ahead spot market are calculated as liras 2,259.50 and 2,283.65 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour for Sunday was set as 2,750 Turkish liras at 20.00 and 21.00 local time (1700-1800GMT), with the lowest rate determined as 1,189.01 liras at 14.00 local time (1100 GMT), the figures show.
US$1 equals 16.22 liras at 1100 GMT on Sunday.
