The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour in Turkey's day-ahead spot market for Monday will be 1,217 Turkish liras between 17.00 and 19.00 local time (1400 - 1600 GMT), while the lowest will be 743.06 liras at 12.00 local time (0900 GMT), according to official figures on Sunday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Sunday's electricity market showed an increase of 9.13% to 554.03 million liras compared to Saturday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity on the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 969.87 liras and 977.88 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price for one megawatt-hour on the day-ahead spot market for Sunday was set as 1,217 Turkish liras between 17.00 and 20.00 local time (1400 - 1700 GMT), with the lowest at 764.18 liras at 02.00 local time (2300 GMT).
US$1 equals 13.70 Turkish liras at 1116 GMT on Sunday.
