The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour in Turkey's day-ahead spot market for Wednesday will be 617 Turkish liras at 00.00 and between 19.00-23.00 local times while the lowest will be 340.73 liras at 09.00 local time, according to official figures on Tuesday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Tuesday's electricity market showed an increase of 10.6% to 247.3 million liras compared to Monday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity on the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 474.91 liras and 474.3 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price for one megawatt-hour on the day-ahead spot market on Monday was set as 617 Turkish liras at 00.00 and between 19.00-23.00 local times while the lowest 345.48 liras at 10.00 local time.
US$1 equals 8.56 Turkish liras at 1117 GMT on Tuesday.
