The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on Türkiye's day-ahead spot market for Monday will be 2,700 Turkish liras at 8 a.m., and between 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. local time (0500, and between 1500 and 1700 GMT), according to official figures on Sunday.
The lowest rate was set at 1750 liras at 11 a.m. and 12 p.m. local time (0800 and 2100GMT), the data showed.
The Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume for Monday's electricity market shows an increase of 3.55% to around 1.50 billion liras compared to Sunday.
The arithmetical and weighted average electricity prices on the day-ahead spot market are calculated as 2,371.76 liras and 2,382.83 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour for Sunday was set at 2,699.90 Turkish liras between 8 p.m. local time (1700 GMT), while the lowest rate was determined as 276 liras at 12 p.m. local time (0900GMT).
US$1 equals 32.09 liras at 2.25 p.m. local time (1125 GMT) on Sunday.
