The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on Türkiye's day-ahead spot market for Saturday will be 2,000.01 Turkish liras at 8 p.m. local time (1700 GMT), according to official figures released Friday.
The lowest rate was set at 499.99 liras at 12 p.m. local time (0900 GMT), the data showed.
The Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for Saturday's electricity market trade volume showed a decrease of 21.7% to around 841 million liras compared to Friday.
The arithmetical and weighted average prices for electricity on the day-ahead spot market are calculated at 1,460.27 liras and 1,466.26 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price on the day-ahead spot market for one megawatt-hour for Friday was set at 2,468.01 liras at 8 p.m. local time (1700 GMT), while the lowest was set at 999.10 liras at 1 p.m. local time (1000 GMT), the data showed.
US$1 equals 43.96 liras at 2 p.m. local time (1100 GMT) on Friday.
