The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on Türkiye's day-ahead spot market for Tuesday will be 3,400 Turkish liras at 9 a.m. local time (0600 GMT), according to official figures released Monday.
The lowest rate was set at 1,642.99 liras at 4 a.m. local time (0100 GMT), the data showed.
The Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for Tuesday's electricity market trade volume showed an increase of 0.54% to around 1.77 billion liras compared to Monday.
The arithmetical and weighted average prices for electricity on the day-ahead spot market are calculated at 2,692.91 liras and 2,738.36 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price on the day-ahead spot market for one megawatt-hour for Monday was set at 3,400 liras at 8 a.m., 9 a.m., 5 p.m., and 6 p.m. local time (0500, 0600,1400,1500 GMT), while the lowest was set at 1.813,99 liras at 4 a.m. local time (0100 GMT), the data showed.
US$1 equals 43.59 liras at 2.10 p.m. local time (1110 GMT) on Monday.
