The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour in Turkey's day-ahead spot market for Friday will be 1,217 Turkish liras between 08.00-22.00 local time (0500-1900 GMT), while the lowest will be 785.77 liras at 03.00 local time (0000GMT), according to official figures on Thursday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Thursday's electricity market showed a decrease of 0.53% to 611.68 million liras compared to Wednesday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity on the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 1,107.18 liras and 1,109.78 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price for one megawatt-hour on the day-ahead spot market for Thursday was set as 1,217 liras at 10.00 and 11.00, and between 14.00 and 20.00 local time (0700, 0800 and 1100-1700 GMT), with the lowest at 783.99 liras at 03.00 and 04.00 local time (0000 and 0100 GMT).
