The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on Türkiye's day-ahead spot market for Sunday will be 3,246 Turkish liras at 6 p.m. local time (1500 GMT), according to official figures released Saturday.
The lowest rate was set at 700,01 liras at 3 p.m. local time (1200 GMT), the data showed.
The Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for Sunday's electricity market trade volume showed a decrease of 31% to around 1.2 billion liras compared to Saturday.
The arithmetical and weighted average prices for electricity on the day-ahead spot market are calculated at 2,207.32 liras and 2,230.67 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price on the day-ahead spot market for one megawatt-hour for Saturday was set at 3,400 Turkish liras at 11 a.m. local time (0800 GMT), while the lowest was at 1,578.89 liras at 11 p.m. local time (2000 GMT), the data showed.
US$1 equals 43.5 liras at 2.17 p.m. local time (1117 GMT) on Saturday.
