The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on Türkiye's day-ahead spot market for Sunday will be 2,625 Turkish liras at 7 p.m. local time (1600 GMT), according to official figures on Saturday.
The lowest rate was set at 1,248.98 liras at between 12 p.m. and 2 p.m. local times (0900 and 1100 GMT), the data showed.
The Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume for Sunday's electricity market shows a decrease of 19.6% to around 1.21 billion Turkish liras compared to Saturday.
The arithmetical and weighted average electricity prices on the day-ahead spot market are calculated as 2,016.60 liras and 2,021.13 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour for Saturday was set at 2,680.01 Turkish liras at 6 p.m. and 7 p.m. local time (1500 and 1600 GMT), while the lowest rate was determined as 1,877.99 liras at 4 p.m. local time (1300 GMT).
US$1 equals 30.52 liras at 3.07 p.m. local time (1207 GMT) on Saturday.
