The highest electricity rate for one-megawatt hour in the day-ahead spot market for Wednesday will be 343.93 Turkish liras at 11.00 local time, and the lowest will be 248.40 liras at 04.00 local time, according to official figures on Tuesday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the electricity market's trade volume on Tuesday showed an increase of 8.20% to 161.07 million liras compared to Monday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity for the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 320.18 liras and 323.70 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price on the day-ahead spot market for one-megawatt hour on Tuesday was set as 338.16 liras at 17.00 local time, and the lowest was 178 liras at 04.00 local time.
US$1 equals 5.97 Turkish liras on Tuesday.
