The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on Türkiye's day-ahead spot market for Sunday will be 2,595.01 Turkish liras at 6 p.m. local time (1500 GMT), according to official figures released Saturday.
The lowest rate was set at 171.00 liras at 10 a.m. local time (0700 GMT), the data showed.
The Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for Sunday's electricity market trade volume showed an increase of 91.07% to around 328.55 million liras compared to Saturday.
The arithmetical and weighted average prices for electricity on the day-ahead spot market are calculated at 734.25 liras and 781.49 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price on the day-ahead spot market for one megawatt-hour for Saturday was set at 1,891.99 liras at 8 p.m. local time (1700 GMT), while the lowest was set at 164.91 liras at 12 p.m. local time (0900 GMT), the data showed.
US$1 equals 44.25 liras at 2 p.m. local time (1100 GMT) on Saturday.
