The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour in Turkey's day-ahead spot market for Tuesday will be 617 Turkish liras at 00.00 and between 19.00-23.00 local times while the lowest will be 345.48 liras at 10.00 local time, according to official figures on Monday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Monday's electricity market showed an decrease of 15.2% to 223.4 million liras compared to Sunday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity on the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 448.75 liras and 447.82 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price for one megawatt-hour on the day-ahead spot market on Sunday was set as 617 Turkish liras at 00.00 and between 20.00-22.00 local times while the lowest 362.55 liras at 06.00 local time.
US$1 equals 8.59 Turkish liras at 1132 GMT on Monday.
